All-Pac uses an environmentally responsible process to turn damaged logs, wood waste, and other wood bi-products into new Presswood Molded pallets and three dimensional parts which can be recycled.

• Molded Wood Pallets are acceptable for import into Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China and Brazil; as well as many other countries. No additional treatment for overseas shipping is necessary because the high heat manufacturing process burns out all infestations.



• One piece design with no nails or staples. This reduces product and package damage and helps to minimize employee and customer injuries.



• Uniform sizes and consistent, lighter weight - 60% lighter than hardwood pallets.



• Low moisture content of 6% - 9% which eliminates product contamination because it does not attract moisture sensing insects and eliminates the need for moisture barrier sheets.



• Rounded corners prevents tearing of the packaging materials. Eliminating sharp edges help reduce employee injuries.
